Yes, we have a shared car park with Pure Gym. Please park in a yellow bay and INPUT YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER INTO OUR TABLET in our reception area. You have 10 minutes in the car park to do this. We recommend all guests, whether staying or just dropping off, to log their registration plate with us. Players Lounge DO NOT accept liability for any Parking Charge Notice’s received and do not deal with these on site.

On the football pitch, your party host will stay with the children at all times, organise games, activities and/or a match for them. In the Game Zone, they will help the children get set up on their Xbox’s, assist where necessary, and can help organise games between players.

Yes.  We always recommend any additional guests to stay throughout the party.  There is a viewing area alongside the football pitch to watch, or we can reserve a few tables in our Lounge Bar for them to relax with some food and drink.  Just let us know roughly how many to reserve for.

We also have a pool table & indoor golf simulators available to book to keep any extra guests entertained.

Footwear wise, the children should wear trainers or Astros.  We do not permit studs or spikes.  They may wear shinpads if they wish, but this is not a requirement.  Feel free to come in a football kit or casual clothing.

Yes. Feel free to give your cake to your party host and we can keep this in our kitchen to bring out when you’re ready. We can also cut & wrap the cake for you if you wish. You can discuss this with your party host on the day. There is no need for you to bring a knife or lighter.
You can decorate the terrace area where the children eat. We just ask that you only stick banners etc to the acrylic plastic and not any other walls, thank you. We recommend popping down to see the space beforehand to ensure your decorations are appropriate/will fit.

There are 8 xboxes with over 70 games to choose from (with a limited selected of 2 player games). We have some of the most recent games including FIFA 23, Minecraft, Fornite, Roblox and Rocket League. The highest age restriction game is Fornite (12+). Please inform your party host if you do not wish for the children to play any age restricted games.

All packages are based on up to 16 children for the price stated.  The Premier League & Champions League party ONLY permit additional players at £10pp up to 20 altogether.
